Rashmi's Bakery has introduced three limited-edition cakes for its summer menu: Coconut Truffle, Tiramisu Bliss and Berry Biscoff. The collection is available at the bakery's Brampton and Mississauga locations and online, with same-day pickup and delivery available across the Greater Toronto Area.
The summer collection expands the seasonal offerings from Rashmi's Bakery, a family-run bakery that has served the GTA since 2007. The bakery's entire cake menu is 100 percent egg-free and nut-free.
Meet the Three Summer Flavours
Coconut Truffle combines chocolate and coconut in a layered cake featuring moist chocolate sponge, silky ganache and a centre of coconut cream.
Tiramisu Bliss reimagines the Italian classic as a cake, with vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting and a dusting of cocoa.
Berry Biscoff pairs the caramelized flavour of Biscoff cookies with strawberry. The cake features vanilla sponge, Biscoff cream and homemade strawberry compote, finished with fresh strawberries and Biscoff crumbs.
All three summer flavours are also available as individual dessert cups, offering customers a smaller serving option for experiencing the seasonal collection.
Egg-Free and Nut-Free Since 2007
Rashmi's Bakery has operated as a 100 percent egg-free and nut-free bakery since its first location opened in Brampton in 2007. The approach extends across the bakery's cake menu and has remained central to the business as it has grown to serve customers throughout the GTA.
"I strongly believe that every person, regardless of their dietary preference, has the right to a truly delicious cake," said Rashmi Chugh, founder of Rashmi's Bakery. "Egg-free and nut-free was never meant to be the compromise. We have spent nineteen years making sure it tastes like the opposite of one."
The bakery's recipes are developed from the ground up to be egg-free and nut-free, using high-quality ingredients including Belgian chocolate, coffee and fruit.

Beyond the seasonal collection, Rashmi's Bakery specializes in custom celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, corporate events and other occasions. Customers can bring the bakery a photo, screenshot, colour reference or an idea for a design, which the team can use to create a custom cake.
The bakery offers quick turnaround on custom orders, along with same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA on eligible products and orders.
